Our company representative will greet & meet you at the Delhi International airport arrival hall. Later transfer to hotel and check-in at hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast at hotel. In time transfer to airport to connect flight for Varanasi. Assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel.
Afternoon, excursion to Sarnath– A sacred Buddhist city which is 12 kms. from Varanasi. Sarnath is a place where the Buddha preached his first sermon to his five disciples after he had attained enlightenment. Visit the ruins, the Dhamek stupa, Chaukhandi stupa built by Emperror Ashoka. Sarnath museum (closed on Fridays). The Ashoka pillar at the museum of Sarnath is the National emblem of India. It has four lions back to back at the top. Later you may enjoy shopping at the local bazaars. In the evening time, watch the grand Aarti (worship) dedicated to Hindu Gods at river Ganges.
Stay overnight at Varanasi.
Early morning (at sunrise), boat ride on river Ganges. See the memorable Sunrise from the river, many bathing Ghats (river bank), wide landscapes & cremation site too while you ride for an hour long. Return to the hotel for breakfast.
Later explore the city tour of Varanasi – Visit the famous Bharat Mata temple which is very unique as it is not dedicated to any God or Goddess, instead it has a marble statue of mother India and a big map depicting mountains, rivers, plains and oceans perfectly scaled. This temple was gifted by the nationalists Babu Shiv Prasad Gupta and Shri Durga Prasad Khatri & was inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi in 1936.
Also visit Durga temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, the mosque of Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb and Banaras Hindu University which houses New Vishvanath temple, an art gallery known as ‘The Bharat Kala Bhavan’ with rare collections.
Evening enjoy Aarti Ceremony on the river Ganges.

Breakfast at hotel. In time transfer to airport to connect flight for Khajuraho. Assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free for independent activities.

Optionally: in the evening you can enjoy light & sound show at Khajuraho.
Breakfast at hotel. Later visit erotic temples of Eastern & Western Groups. These were built by sandstone during the Chandela empire between 950 and 1050 A.D.

Breakfast at hotel. Later drive to Jhansi station (en route visting Orchcha) to board train for Agra.
Orchha fort complex consists of several connected buildings constructed at different times, famous of which are Raj Mahal Palace & Jahangir Palace. Jahangir Palace was built by Orchha king to please the Mughal Prince Jahangir when he was informed about the disputes of Jahangir with his father. It was built on the lines of Mughal architecture with colourful frescoes and paintings.
Also visit the beautiful Laxminarayan Temple and Chaturbhuj Temple – dedicated to lord Rama at Orchha. Later drive to Jhansi station approx. 20 km drive. Arrive at Agra Station & you will be transferred to the Hotel.

Early morning (at sunrise) visit world famous Taj Mahal which is one of the seven wonders of world. It was built by Shahjahan for his be loved wife. Construction of the Taj Mahal began in 1632 and was completed in 1653.
Return to the hotel for breakfast. Later visit to magnificent Agra Fort located at the right bank of Yamuna River. It was built by Emperor Akbar from 1565 to 1573. His grandson Shahjahan also made some additions to it. See another monument known as Itmad-ud-daulah. This mausoleum was constructed between 1622 and 1628 by Nūr Jahān, the wife of Jahangir, for her father Mirzā Ghiyās Beg, who had been given the title of I’timād-ud-Daulah (pillar of the state). It resembles the tomb she constructed for her husband, Jahangir, near Lahore in Pakistan.
OPTIONAL: In the evening you may watch “Mohabbat the Taj” a cultural show.

Caution: Taj Mahal closed on Fridays.
Breakfast at hotel. Later drive to Delhi (205 km / approx. 4 hrs drive). Arrive and check in at the Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Delhi.
After breakfast, sightseeing tour of Old & New Delhi i.e. the Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India was built by Shah Jahan(who also built the world famous Taj Mahal ) from 1644- 1658 , Raj Ghat, A memorial to Mahatma Gandhi, Qutab Minar (Tower of victory)- built in 1193 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak the first Muslim ruler of Delhi who defeated Rajput king Prithviraj Chauhan in 1192 AD, Humayun’s Tomb- built by Banu Begam in 1569 after 9 years of the death of Humayun, Lotus temple- Its a Bahai’s temple in the shape of lotus flower allows everyone to meditate in the peaceful environment. Also drive past the India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan-The President’s residence, The Parliament House-the Government Headquarters & other Government buildings.
Later you will be dropped at the airport to catch your flight for onward journey.
